Peru - Cusco comes from the beautiful southern highland region of Cusco, in the province of La Convención. It's a community blend of 75 tiny lots from 36 farmers. Expect deeper fruit notes of plums and figs, a honey-like sweetness and a sturdy cocoa base. It's a medium roast, balanced enough to drink black and it holds up well with a splash of milk.

Single serve: each sachet holds 4.5g (0.16oz) of instant coffee. Just stir one into 8 to 12oz of hot or cold water for a hot cup or an iced coffee. Choose 6 cups (27g), 18 cups (81g) or 48 cups (216g).

Bulk pouch: our most economical way to enjoy Swift every day, with less packaging and the freedom to make as much as you like. Stir about 4.5g (roughly ½ tablespoon) into 8 to 12oz of hot or cold water. Choose up to 25 cups (113g) or up to 50 cups (225g).
