Subscription questions
How much do I save?
Subscribers save 5% on every delivery, applied automatically. Mainstay and Variety Pack subscriptions ship free at every size; other U.S. orders ship free at $40+ with USPS Economy.
How often can I get deliveries?
Every 2 weeks, every month (every 4 weeks) or every 6 weeks. Pick your rhythm on the product page and change it anytime.
Which coffees can I subscribe to?
Our Mainstay Blend and Variety Pack subscriptions, plus most coffees on our menu, including Twilight, Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia, Decaf, our 3 coffee sets, 48-cup boxes and bulk pouches. Look for Subscribe & save on the product page.
What sizes are available?
10, 20 or 30 single serve cups, or Mainstay bulk pouches of 25 or 50 cups. Each sachet holds 4.5g, enough for 8 to 12oz of water.
What's in the Variety Pack?
An assortment of coffees from our current menu plus limited off-menu coffees, so there's always something new to try.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime before your next billing date. Visit Manage Subscriptions, enter the email address you used for your subscription, and we'll send you a one-time login link.
When will my subscription ship?
Your first order ships like any other: we try to ship every weekday from Lancaster, PA, and most orders go out the next business day. After that, each order is placed automatically on its scheduled date and ships the same way.
How am I charged?
Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically for each shipment.
