The estate is part of a progressive movement in Indian coffee, focusing on traceability, selective harvesting, and careful processing. This lot, made up of Chandragiri and Selection 795, is fully washed and dried on raised beds—highlighting a sweet, balanced profile that’s both approachable and complex.
